Stability exercise

Stability exercises are basic exercises to create balance in the body.

Our body has to constantly balance itself, whether we are running, walking or even standing, our body is constantly balancing us, or should do so. Our body is in constant flow through the movement of our organs, our heart and blood flow and through our breathing.

The smaller and finer our body does this, the less we perceive this activity.

Unfortunately, we lose stability in the course of our lives if we do not train and promote it.
