Breath is energy, life and stability

Breathing is one of the cornerstones of my work and of Kraft Reha – Somatic Restoration.

Our body has a variety of ways to breathe, i.e. it can ensure that the gas exchange that is so important can take place in almost every situation.

Unfortunately, our posture, or rather our posture has a major influence on our breathing and therefore also on our stability.

With this exercise you should learn to perceive an area of the breathing space in a new way and you can also relax your lower back.
