Breathing workshop - The Breath Protocol
Part 1 of the breathing workshop series

Anatomy and basics
The first part of the 3 part breathing workshop series is a 2 day workshop that gives insight into breathing anatomy, breathing exercises and their various applications, as well as the influence of breathing on postural stability.
We usually give little thought to our breathing, the rhythm or which muscles we use to breathe. We simply breathe.
But the breath not only influences our cells (citrate cycle), it also has an effect on our nervous system and plays an important role in our structural stability.
Breathing is diverse in its emergent form and our body has a variety of compensatory ways to use breathing and ensure that our body can carry out the gas exchange.
The program of the workshop includes:
– Respiratory anatomy
– Breathing (different concepts such as abdominal and chest breathing).
– Breathing exercises (pranayama, postural breathing, breath stretching)
– Breathing applications
– Breathing and stability training
This workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to delve deeper into the balance and stability of breathwork, for people who work with their body, for those who want to improve their breathing or posture or for therapists.
Participants' comments:
Dear Frank, I still wanted to thank you for your very interesting breathing course.
He really taught me a lot and also confirmed what I pass on in the many fitness trainings I have given in the meantime. I actually owe all this and much more to working with you. It has lifted me to another level.
